Fit preference: normal fit - not too tight, not too loose

Medium for tops, Large for bottoms

I love the gravel bib shorts. You don't have to gravel bike for these (I don't) - they just have great mesh pockets on sides and back that are so great to have - I always love extra pockets especially when they're as seamless as these are. I also like the women's QOM jersey for the laser cut sleeves and sleek, more feminine look.

Height: 5’7”

Weight: 160-180 depending on time of year

Gender: Male

Build: pudgy late-middle-age stomach, massive and beautiful quads

Tightness preference: I like my bibs to fit very close to avoid chafing and to keep the chamois from getting hung up on the nose of the saddle. I like my jersey to fit loose. I always get the century fit jerseys. The Biofit is patterned for tall and thin people, which I am not.

I wear medium bibs year round. When I’m lighter (close to 160) I wear a Medium jersey. When I’m 170 I wear a Lg.

Height: 6'2"

Weight: ~185 lbs

Gender: Male

Fit pref: Race / Aero

Size: L for both bibs and jerseys. Later in the season I can size down to a M jersey, but find that the torso length in the bibs doesn’t work for sizing down.

Pick: Bib – Elite and Gravel. Jersey – Race and Cap Sleeve (will we be doing BioFit this year?), LS thermal

Your pick for short / bib and top types QOM jersey and bibs from last year’s order, size S.

BioFit Jersey: S was true to size and comfortable.

Tour Jersey: S was true to size and comfortable.

Bib Shorts: S was true to size and comfortable for all models.

Freeride Tech tee: too big in a size S, size down if possible.

Very soft and getting softer

I used to wear medium Biofit bibs and jerseys only but now I like to breathe when I ride so I wear Century. I’ll put on the Biofit jersey when I need to shame myself into losing weight

In all jerseys I wear an XL. I can squeeze into an L, but I hate it. I hate tight sleeves, but I can stand it. I have several of each. I much prefer the Century to the race biofit thing. I’m not saying I prefer the Enduro jersey with the super loose, ¾ sleeves (I have a couple, but I don’t really wear them riding), but I don’t like snug. Both from a performance perspective and an aesthetic perspective. The spring weight long sleeve is my favorite. I used to like the adventure jersey, it’s great for when I don’t carry anything in the pockets, but it’s too loose and the pockets are too loose for carrying much of anything.

In all bib shorts/knickers/tights I wear an L. They fit great. I like the gravel bibs, because those pockets are handy, but on dirt, gravel, and snow I generally wear baggies over the top, so those pockets are less useful. I don’t love DNA’s baggie shorts, they are too light for me, I like a beefier fabric, like Yeti’s baggies. I wear my baggies over bibs, never a chamois in the baggie itself. The new Elite bibs are awesome. And I love their winter thermal bibs. Their short and long sleeve base layers are great. I have several of each.

For jackets, their new down winter cycling jacket is the bomb. Perfect for fat biking. Their down coat is amazing, not for cycling, just a perfect weight throw it on jacket/coat. I use it every day in the winter. The Duo jacket is awesome but fits very snug. I get an XXL in this one, or my shoulders are just too tight (not around the belly, oddly, but in the shoulders.) I love how you can zip off the sleeves for a vest.

My son, who is 5’11” and only about 145 lbs wears a small in everything. He likes the snug/tight fit, and he races, and it works for him.

Snug shorts, just a little bit of give on top for comfort/aesthetics. For me, this means XS in DNA bibs/ shorts/baggies, and S in DNA jerseys. This is fairly consistent with my sizing in other brands.

In this photo I believe I’m wearing the Tech Jersey in a S, Gravel shorts in an XS, and baggies in the Unisex XS. I love this kit. For both road and mountain, the gravel shorts and gravel bibs are my top pick because they fit my shorter frame the most snugly and the chamois is comfortable for both road and mountain, which is not always the case in brands and styles that I own. I find myself grabbing my QOM jersey often, too, for both road and mountain biking.

The DNA baggies are a thinner material and looser cut than many other brands. Sometimes I prefer something thicker but I really like the DNA baggies in the Unisex style in an XS, and just adjust the velcro for a snugger fit. They are just the right looseness on my muscular thighs, they never hang on my seat, and they have deep pockets.

I’m a huge fan of skin suits and I love the DNA skin suit. Yes, they aren’t for everyone but this is one of my favorite pieces to wear from DNA.

I have been a medium with all manufacturers and DNA’s Medium sizing is very consistent with what I’ve worn from other vendors.

prefer a more relaxed fit (but not baggy).

5XL for the Gravel bibs <- preferred because pockets.

5XL for the Bio Fit jersey <- preferred because of zippered pocket.

4XL for the Century jersey

4XL for the Merino Wool jersey (no dryer, even on low)
